The Ram Daab (Sword Dance) is performed prior to a Sword Fight it is similar to the Ram Muay which is performed before a Thai Boxing Match. The Ram Daab symbolizes respect to the Masters of the Art and to the God's, so that the God's will infuse the Warrior with strength, agility and skill.

The Ram Daab is performed using one or two swords. Each weapon in Krabbi Krabbong has its own dance. The dance is also part of a warm up before the fight so that the Warrior can get used to the ground or area he's fighting in.

When two Warriors are performing the Ram Daab one will perform the seated dance, while the other will perform the standing dance.
