My interest in Combat Sports began when I started boxing at 8 years of age.  

From boxing I went on to study Kick boxing under Mr. Baines, this introduced me to Martial Arts and I went on to study Bu-Jitsu (a close combat fighting system) under the guidance of George Dunmow 5th Dan (Shihan) and Gary Kennedy (5th Dan Shihan) and achieved my 2nd Dan, it was at this point I met Khru Yai Vinnie Deckon and we spent hours of training together and exchanging ideas come rain or shine 4-5 times a week in Finsbury Park and the Lions Boys Club in Shoreditch.  

It was Vinnie who first introduced me to Muay Thai with his devastating kicks, knees and elbows.  He also introduced me to Professor Nick Charalambos my Ju-Jitsu Instructor and my first Muay Thai Instructor. (Ju-jitsu National Team Coach).

I later co-founded the EKA Kick boxing club with Cliff Bura.  Feeling I needed to offer the students more, I was lucky enough to be asked by Bill Judd to join KO as one of his Instructors, bringing EKA with me to become KO Highams Park. 

It was in 2002, I was first introduced to Arjarn Danny Kapoor(RukThai Camp) at his Amateur Muay Thai show in Acton . This was my first introduction to Amateur Muay Thai. It was at this point that I came to realize there was more to Muay Thai than just the sports side of the Art, and that moment changed my direction and led me into discovering the True Martial Art of Muay Thai

In 2002 I visited Thailand for the first time; this increased my knowledge of Muay Thai even further, now I travel to Thailand at least once a year seeking new knowledge and training with the Grand Masters of Thailand, Grand Master Phosowat and Grand Master Vichit. 

In 2004 I began training under Arjarn Danny Kapoor and through his teachings I have achieved my 12th Khan ITAC ( Institute of Thai Arts and Culture) Instructor from Grand Master Krin and my 12th Khan Instructorship from the AITMA (Associated Institute of Thai Martial Arts), Grand Master Woody, incorporating Krabbi Krabbong, Thai Massage, and meditation. In 2007 I passed my 12 th Khan Instructor from Arjarn Marco De Cesaris of the International Muay Boran Academy (I.M.B.A) Rome

What the Future Holds
My further development both Spiritually and physically in Muay Thai and Krabbi Krabbong, studying under Arjarn Marco De Cesaris of the International Muay Boran Academy (IMBA) in Rome.  Travelling throughout Europe and Thailand to further my knowledge.  Working towards my Khru Yai under the training and guidance of Master Danny Kapoor(RukThai Camp)
